A lot of people lost many friends and family during the nearly 10-year war in Vietnam. Over 58,000 names are reflected on The Wall. As a participant in Run For The Wall "we ride for those who can't." So, I ride for the 62 Marines and Corpsmen that I s
erved with as a member of the Marine Corps' 9th Engineer Battalion. You can read their names on the following web site:

http://64.135.79.108/casualties.cfm

Please take a moment to simply glance at their names. They were sons, brothers, and fathers. Never forget their sacrifice. And remember that our freedom is not free.
